All Small Houses Living Options
Small houses are available to sophomore through senior students. Each small house has its own unique character. Many are old mansions converted into residence halls. The cozy, warm atmosphere is an attractive feature, making these buildings among the most desirable living accommodations on campus. Unlike the traditional residence halls, our small houses have no more than 75 residents in a house. They still have the convenience of being close to the action on campus while allowing a more independent feel for upper-class students. Some are on the National Register of Historic Buildings. All of the houses are co-educational, with the exception of Montgomery House, which is exclusively for women. Each house has a central living room for studying and TV, as well as a kitchen, and many have pianos and game tables.
